Although it does not look like it here, this beautiful fresh-plumaged juvenile was really swiftly speeding along its way along the shoreline!
Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/3200s., f/5.6, ISO 800, natural light, handheld, cropped right and below to help the comp, usual contrast and saturation to taste.
Well captured Dan....and at 1/3200 you froze the moment....Great POV as usual and lovely colours throughout the image....Good feather detail on the bird and a good pose...I really like the position of the foot and the HA.
