Hi folks .... right after the landing , the wing flap :w3
Think the shooting angle is on the cusp , but I am ok with it as posted .

Andreas, cool pose on this one. Nice pop of details and I like the composition. She seems so happy lol....
Although her body is angling away a bit, I think the head is close to parallel which is nice.
I could personally do without the muck on the beach, esp the large clump, but the presentation is nice overall!
TFS :-)

Love the head details and the feet. Looks like he's on his tippy toes before the school photo! Don't care for all the beach junk but don't guess he's wait for you to clean it up :) TFS.

Super shot Andreas, I really don't understand this continual obsession with studio perfect positions, it is super as is, very natural sharp well detailed and superbly processed. The kelp and pebbles are meant to be there, it is a natural setting, i would not consider removing them for one minute. Excellent shot and "credible".

Nice wings up pose Andreas! I like the setting as much as the bird. I do wish it was facing a bit more towards us, but still a very fine image and processed very well (as usual).

Love it. Nice to see the bird out of the water. The pose is right on as well.

The wingflap is good, so is the low angle. I like the pebbles on the beach, but not so much the rest of the debris. I love the layers and textures on the near wing. Good details throughout.

Thanks folks for your kind comments , much appreciated .
Agree with you about the cluttered beach ... but I do not work on such big mess in general . I rather take it as natural imperfection ...
