Lots of detail shown in the plumage and great look at the eye. Composition works pretty well though I wouldn't be mad at a touch more left.
I am a huge fan of retaining some texture in the feathers and face/beak, as you probably know, versus a completely Topaz'd out look. At first glance, it felt like maybe you could have selectively applied a bit more NR, however I'm not sure how much grit is in the raw.
Little bit of posterization in the bkg it seems. There are also some spots with a bit of a halo, i.e. below the beak and in the plume feathers sticking up going back over the head. Might be worth a second look.
