Taken in the Drakensburg Mountains in Kwa Zulu Natal South Africa yesterday. While I was in a Vulture hide waiting for the vultures found this pretty Starling catching some early morning rays

Neat-looking bird, and I like the marble eye. The image has a few downfalls - and I say this knowing you were at the mercy of being in a hide): background rather busy, and light angle working against you (not much you could do with these two things as you were "stuck" in place". And finally, the head angle is less than ideal with it angled away. Still, I'm sure it was fun to pass the time while waiting for the vulture action!

Hi Wayne. This one is not working for me as well, for the reasons Daniel has given. Hopefully you captured some good Vulture images?

Hi Wayne :), this one is a delete I am afraid. head is angled away from us and harsh side light plus the messy BG didn't help either.
