Flaps Down...
I captured this image of a Snail Kite along the western shore of Lake Parker in Lakeland, Florida. This bird was using it's feathers to make the wings as large a possible to hover, soar and glide over the marsh looking for dinner. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated.
