The soft light was certainly your friend here, allowing nice detail to show up in the fuzz and feathers. I like the pose and framing, how the neck parallels the tree line in background, exposure. Nice that he is not blocked by the foliage.
Wish the head was a bit more our way.

I echo Randy's comments about the HA.
I am not loving your choice of drop and would prefer more of a landscape orientation ie. less boxy.
You had great light. Nice to see the clear view of the feet.
The slight blur of the wings has created a bit of noise pattern in the area so i would do some NR specifically in that area.
I do see a hint of magenta cast on the branches and wings. Easy fix.
There is also a little white line below the bum that I would evict.

Nice to see the bird not blocked by anything. I like the pose. This would work nice as a 2x3.
