A lovely Canvas back, good shooting angle, great eye, smooth water. I like the high key effect, but at least on my monitor the water is a bit too bright. For me it overpowers the bird a bit. Might try lowering the exposure a bit and see how it plays.

Nice again John. I agree with Randy that it is a little bright. Maybe just a bit more detail could be eeked out of the whites on the flanks if you wanted to keep the water bright for the effect - going to be all down to personal taste ultimately

I am sure you can guess my comment John, you have some wonderful detail there.... but the image is burning my eyes.
Great. Ducks are more interesting and beautifull then one often would think at first.
