Green-winged Teal

It's been a pretty lousy winter in my area. Not cold enough to drive any significant number of eagles to the lock and dams this far south but cold enough to drive all the ducks farther south.
I'm to the point where I'd just as soon stick a fork in my eye than take another image of a goldfinch, chickadee, or junco in my back yard. It's nice to have some ducks migrating through.
I know it's a little tight. Nearly full frame, I cropped out some brush in front of the bird and removed a couple other minor twigs. Straight size reduction, no sharpening applied for posting.

I do wish you had more room... Nice low angle and colors..

Sweet, sweet, sweet. A bit more room in front would be a plus. But you did a great job with the tonality of the face.

I agree with your comment about more room, perhaps also adding a touch more warmth to the WB, but everything else looks great: low angle, details, beautiful duck in perfect plumage.
