A male northern harrier taken in some evening light back in November. I think the season for these guys is wrapping up here -- pretty low activity the past couple of days, but well see. In post small crop, added some canvas to the top, NR, ~50% crop.
Hi Alex, sweet light, and I like the flight pose with the head separated from the far wing. Excellent feather detail throughout the Harrier, sharp, and all against a clean BG. Well captured.

Nice flight pose on this male. Background is spot on. Light looks quite nice as well.

This is really nice. To get a gray example on such a beautiful pink background is really special. Zero shadows and perfect eye contact are a great combo as well. I'd wish for a touch more detail/crispness on the face, but you
did amazingly well for ISO 3200. This is a very memorable frame. Bravo.

Excellent angle in the frame and details of this young Male.
Hasn't quite grayed out and the eye is not fully turned to blazing yellow...
Very nice image.

I missed this one until now. Great shot of our local ghost. Lovely background, good wing position, nice eye contact and detail. A winner in my book. There was at least one male coursing around several days ago, but at considerable distance.

Absolutely great image.
Terrific BG and light. Love the incoming position and the wing position.
It also shows the transition phase of young male to adult really nicely.
