Hi John. A nice vertical framing of this buck with good amount of details and sharpness for the lowish SS.

It's all a bit busy I feel John, the BKG is clashing with the rack and having the subject slightly angled towards you is not ideal, I would crop a sliver off the RHS to avoid the hint of tree creeping in.

I completely agree, sharpness is there and so is detail, despite techs - nice technique in the field :w3
Would crop tighter in this instance to remove the log as well as part of the subject's leg. BG / tree trunks a little too obvious, FG a bit busy. Pose from the subject is nice, good HA.
Sorry for nitpicking - you've spoilt us with some stunning frames where the subject really stands out against some great backgrounds...Keep up the good work, looking forward to more:w3
