Oops! After picking Arash for this I have some masking artifacts.

Water is very nice... Bird is flying away from you a bit...exposure looks about as good as you
can get with these guys...

It's a great pose, but it looks like the focus point might have been somewhere besides the head; to me, the tail looks a bit sharper than the rest of the bird. As for exposure it's well done; the whites and blacks are both recorded properly.

nice catch, the IQ isn't all that great especially in the head area... wish the near wing was lower

Good stuff already provided. I'll just add that there is masking evidence between the spread tail feathers and some of the primaries.
