Nice one Jonathan.
I like the walking pose and the way the OOF rocks in the FG frame the bird.
The dunlin is nice and sharp.
There are a couple of small areas that are hot on the flanks but not a deal breaker.
If mine, I would add a couple of points of blacks to the neutrals.
I like the environment the dunlin is portrayed in but my wish would have been for you to move to your left to get the bird's head away from the OOF rock in the BG and solidly in the blue/green area.

Gail I tried all sorts to get a better view/angle, the foreground rocks proved problematical.

Nice Image. Looking at the image. I would have cropped it differently to have more at the bottom and less at the top.
Bird looks sharp and dodging the dark spot might help the image.
