Nice diaganol perch. The framing is nice with plenty of room for the bird to look into. Light sure is nice. Great background as well.

Comp is fine, if you can go tighter, that would look good.

Pretty lighting and excellent composition. I wold not crop tighter for 3 reasons: 1) bird isn't razor sharp as is and the IQ will break down as you go in tighter 2) the background is beautiful - show it off! 3) going in more doesn't change contribution of the completely uniform perch. Some will crop into get rid of a distracting branch (rather than cheat and clone it out), but you don't gain anything compositionally from a eliminating either end of the perch (particularly the lower end which is in very good focus).

I always like a diagonal perch.
Bird is sharp but not tack sharp so agree with Dorian here!
