Talk about wings up! Well captured with full dune grass background. Great feather detail.

Wing position and background really makes this image.
I do feel that the whites on the head are a little hot.

Beautiful pose and details across the wings, and I like the inclusion of the grass at front and below for context. Sharpness, however, is lacking on the bird's head, and I agree with Krishna that the head highlights could be toned down a bit. Bird also need more room behind, iff you have it.
Thank you all. I usually try to keep the whites in the 230's, but the small spot on the head crept up to the mid-240's on this one. Bright, but not blown.
A solid image Bill. Nice wing position and Background. I like the crop. The whiles do look a little hot to me.
