Love the colors on the juvie Dan, a beautiful capture, that fluff is so sweet too! I only wish there was a better perch and not the crossed branches... So knowing you have a gorgeous Juvie I hope you snag more photos and get more perches to choose from. Hurry before the fluff goes away! TFS Well done
Nice one Dan, sweet colors, nice BG and details, it's unfortunate about the perch but that's what nature offered.

Lovely detail across this super interesting subject. I particularly love the scaly legs. I don't really mind the crossed branches, but I do think the bird
is really cramped in the frame. I'd love to see you give him some breathing room if you have it. Colors are a bit muted, but that's a result of the lighting
conditions and not under your control. I might try to warm the frame a bit or adda bit of saturation to make it pop a bit more.
Hi Dan. Love the pose, super sharp, great FFD, and the fluff looks like shining stars! I think the perch is fine, and feel that if you gave the frame more room on the right, then you'd have more of the perch?, so I'm fine as it is. There's plenty of room on the left for the bird to move into. The green BG contrasts so well with the browns of the bird. I'm also ok with the colours, although adding a bit of vibrance may help. I might also tone down the highlights on the perch, bottom left. TFS
Very nice Dan.
I like the pose and the real start is the remaining downy feathers.
I do not mind the perch at all.
Agree with a very slight boost of saturation or vibrance but not too much,
Gail
Love that plumage and do not mind the perch. Raising the midtones a bit might improve it.
with love, artie
Nice pose and background here. I could see a little more room around the bird.
