What a great looking fish.
Good crop and DOF.
My eye immediately went to those huge honkers of a dust spot x 5 to the left of GBH. Perhaps they are OOF bugs?
I also see a weird line on the feathers bottom front of bird. Both issues easily remidied with cloning.
There is some noise on GBH and that is when I realized you were at ISO 10000! Pretty good for that ISO but I would run some more NR if not already done,

Excellent color and detail. I especially like the fish although it may not like being in that beak.
