I'm crazy about catching interesting reflections on the water's surface. I'd go so far as to say it has become an obsession of mine. ;) Even when they look dull in camera I never delete them until I get back home and have a chance to play with them. I've found some real gems that way.
Here's one from earlier this year. It's dusk on Chaumiere Lake smiling for the camera. Image saturation is punched up and then a high contrast curves adjustment was made.

Great colours. Can't imagine what the objects are making the reflection but that's part of the mystery! I get a feeling that CW rotation is in order but it could be an optical illusion.

John, there is a small island in the middle of this small lake and those reflections are a few of the trees shining down on the lake's surface.

I agree with Nonda! Obsessions are a good thing!
This is a lovely image. I love the way the choppy waters break up the scene. Wonderful colors.

Beautiful abstract, Jules, I wonder how it would look with some Liquify!

Water reflections are beautiful!! The colors here are great too. I can understand your obsession, Julie! I think I'd prefer to have more or all of the image in focus.
