I like the down stroke pose and the overall setting.
You did well to get this Dan well done, I think the head is slightly OOF, the feet look spot on, I don't know if presentation will improve with a little extra sharpening but perhaps worth a look see. I think the grasses and background make for a very pleasing image.
Great wing position and BG.
I would sharpen the head a bit more as it is OOF and would love to see a bit more room in front of the hawk.
I would also clone out the2 OOF grass behind the hawk.

The pose and setting are great, but the image isn't perfectly focused. Noise is starting to rear its head on that near wing as well.
Powerful downstroke and nice habitat. I would like to see some additional sharpening of the head, and I think a horizontal crop would work better here.
The pose and the setting are great. But the image is too dark for me and the hawk is not sharp. I do not think that additional sharpening would make a difference as the whole bird looks to lack critical fine feather details.
Great red tail. Great pose. In addition to the problems mentioned above the head is pretty much lost in the base of the wings.
