I just love these beauties. I love the stance (hunting strut), HA, low angle, OOF water BG, details and SH throughout. I even like the unique side view of the near wing. Can you get one with a white morph please... TFS
Nice setting and BG. Good color scheme. In a perfect world the near wing would be all the way up, but this pose is still dynamic. TFS
Another great shot John. I actually like the near wing as is, with the variety of colour shades along the length. The far wing seems a little noisy on my monitor?
Nice HA on this guy but not in love with the near wing position. Also when images are taken in low light conditions it helps to boost up saturation and contrast a bit to add more life to a flat image. This would benefit from exactly that. Well done
Great pose and HA.
Agree with David on the saturation,
Gail
Another vote for some saturation on the bird. Also agree that it would look better with the near wing up as high as the far wing. I like your chosen crop.

Count me in the rear wing fully raised group. I love the head turn and the great view of the dorsal surface of the far wing.
