Yes, these are quite odd. What's going on with the legs bands?
Hi Dorian. According to "google" it means they are captive bred...added when they are babies. I'm not sure why one band is different from the other though in this case.
Hi Paul, Can you confirm that this is an introduced species, i.e., not native to Australia? Good self critique.

Yes...It is native to Africa, mainly south of the Sahara, and has been widely introduced into the West Indies, Brazil, Australia and Europe. Will aim for a better photo on my next visit...as I think they're always at that location.
