Note that I drew the line parallel to the pretty straight black line at the base of the center of the splash ... Next, the reflections never lie (when the water is calm). I drew a line from the tip of the fifth (very broad) primary to the tip of the reflection of that same feather. When I hit Image > Rotate > Arbitrary that one showed that the image needs about 6 degrees of CCW rotation.
