Sharp with a good exposure. For me, it needs more room in front of the bird.

A beautiful portrait with a painterly surrounding water.
I too think it needs more room in front, especially that the water ripples and "paint brush strokes" look super cool. Unless, of course, there was another individual in the way at right. Good exposure and details.
