I like it, but I definitely agree with you about more depth of field. f/22 or smaller would have made for an intriguing image full of detail!! Beautiful eye!
I like it alot!! Love the composition; that blue-green eye is gorgeous, making the other blues look almost purple. More DOF probably would have been good, but like this anyway!
I like the DOF as it is. I'd probably crop tighter on the left, getting rid of all the blue water.
I'm going along the same line as Fabs .... tighter and leave the dof the way it is !!! Compelling and beautiful !!!
