Hi Todd,
Been debating the BG rocks in the upper portion of the frame. Did a simple browser crop by just scrolling with the bar until I eliminated them. Go to the spot where you just see the lighter grasses against the rock without clipping them......seems to work better compositionally as the eye isn't drawn to the large rocks taking away interest from the wolf. I did also use the same technique to further scroll down and remove the bright grasses completely. this looked a little tight but you may be able to choose a happy medium and remove some of the distracting elements if you are so inclined. Do like the look back and the lighting. did you get any on the kill??? Always wanted that!
Agree more of a pano would look great I like to see the wolf larger in frame Would also take a little of the right !!! Love the look back !!!!
Hi Todd,
I personally like the inclusion of the rocks. I see a couple of differently cropped versions that would work with this image. Because of all the edges (light & dark grasses and their reflections/shadows) this image is very contrasty to my eye. I think some of the different crop ideas would remove the sheer amount of that visible and put more focus on your wolf.
