I think the bird itself could even go a tad lighter, although I would hold the BG.

Hi Joe, love the soft light here, and you have captured excellent detail on the face. The HA is just right, and those reds stand out very well against the BG.

Image seems a bit dark overall and I would select the ibis and lighten him.
