Dottie and I ran the gauntlet of I-4, I-75, and I-275 to get to Ft. De Soto yesterday morning. It's like being in a Nascar race for an hour and a half without the benefit of having the best drivers running a few feet away while doing stupid things. Like the composition here good exposure like the water splash as well. Wish the wings were more in a flat position.

Like the pose and splash. I always think this wing position is cool -- kinda like a conductor. I like the side eye contact and clear view of the feet. Detail looks good throughout. Some of the blacks on the chest could maybe be raised just a bit but I'm really not that familiar with this bird. TFS

Really nice details on the bird, and I love the pose. Great colour on the water and the splash takes it up a notch. Well done Joe, very nice.
