One of my favorite raptors but probably one of the most difficult and time consuming.
Thanks for looking.

Lovely frame well captured, I love the action.
I really hate to ask but is the head/eye of the osprey pin sharp?
Wow, you caught this so perfectly Tim that the fish rivals the bird as the star of the image--having the eye of the fish right there with the eye of the bird is really striking.
Great capture, Tim. Nice light on both the Osprey and the trout. Like the drops of trailing water leading back to the point of capture.

That's pretty darn cool. I love the wavelet forming at right edge (or is that caused by the initial splash of the catch?). The fish looks great as well.
Very nice Tim. The flight pose, prey, and the splash ring, bring it all together. Good work.

Hi Tim, great action shot here, and great that we can see the fish too. I really like the show of the extended right wing, and the look on the Osprey's face is all concentration. Well captured for both of you.
it is clear to see when images like this have been baited, as with baited shots, the fish is normally upside down, meaning it was 'floating' in the water.
Great frame Tim. We were very fortunate to have this cool spot to shoot these guys in. The head angle, clearing the wing, and the fishes position make this one a real killer image. Not easy, even in a good location like this, so well done buddy.
