Nice job of getting focus on the bird in a busy setting. I'm always ambivalent about the shallow depth of field of wide apertures, especially when there are foreground elements. (Soft background elements are good!) It probably wasn't possible, but would have been so lovely to get him (her?) in the clear.
Looks like it is a crop and I feel I want to see more on the bottom, but maybe there were distracting elements there. Always good to leave some room for a subject to look or move into. I think you could remove some from the left to give more emphasis to the bird. But it looks like you've lost some image quality already from a significant crop.
I don't see anything I would criticize about processing, but more information always helps comments.
Hope to see more from you!
