Very nice Jay. I like the fact he is looking right at you - good eye contact makes the viewer relate to the image more. Nice color of light on the bird and exposure looks just right.
Good exposure control and interesting pose. I agree on more eye contact. You could have gone to a higher ISO than 200 for higher shutter speed.
Nice wing pose and I like the feet!
Really like the flight pose in this one Jan. Great timing and lovely exposure . Agree with all of the above.
