Mississippi Christmas Tree

Just now got around to artsy editing on this one! Magnolia Christmas Tree at the Riverwalk at the edge of town. I used Jixipix Impresso and Topaz Impression on separate layers blended together.

I like the overall look and the brush effect at the edges. Maybe crop more loosely, especially at the sides?

Yes, I like the effect but my first thought was that it is cropped too close on the sides.

Thanks Dennis and Hazel. I cropped it tight because of other stuff next to it on both sides. Another tree next to it on the right and the walking bridge entrance on the left. I don't like it that close either but...

Hey, sometimes you just gotta work with what you have. Still like the effect you created.

The two effects you used work really well together. I would not have known this was a Magnolia. Very attractive!

Hi, Judy, you could copy the left part of the tree, flip it and paste it onto the right after expanding the canvas on that side. It shouldn't be that hard to do:S3:
