Very nicely done starling in the snow. I like all the muted winter colors, the bird's white feather tips really highlight the snow and the brown tips along the head and back go so nicely with the leaves. The twig on the left is a bit distracting, but it was there.
Thanks John
I think my PP skills would end up in a mess ! May have a playb later, Thanks for looking
John
nice snowy image of the starling, like how the twigs frame it,and the leaves, like it is sat in a cup,I see some noise in the image on my screen.TFS.
Thanks Chris
yes There certainly is!- The old D200 is not the best regarding noise- even at 500 ISO !!!
Cheers
John
Cool perch, twig does not bother me, nor the small amount of noise.
Nice look at this invasive pest (here in the US).
Thanks Dan
Strangely enough they are getting quite scarce around my neck of the woods. More found in the built up areas I think nowadays.
Cheers
John
A cracker John. Its looking good. Love the 'cold' feeling about it

repost better John.TFS.
Handsome chap! They're scare there because they all moved over here. We haven't picked a blackberry from our garden in years.
