There is a lot of fine detail and subtle variants of colour at both ends of the histogram here Jonathan and you've captured it all perfectly. Hi Jon lovely tufted duck , very nice looking bird and you have extracted very nice fine detail .Very well done .
I like the colors and the overall tonal range within the subject .
I just think it is a bit tight on LHS and bottom , but a tiny bit too much on top , i might try to recrop if possible .

A lower vantage point, if at all possible, would have been great....but I love the details and colours. Pretty wicked cool duck with that tuft! Half a degree CCW rotation may be needed, but perhaps only an illusion.
