This is lovely. Looks like she is "lost in thought".
I really like the BG water color and love the drop of water on top of her head.
Really like the POV and comp.
I see a bit of a halo at the tip of her bill- not sure what from.
BG could use a bit more NR but still very nice as is,

Hi Joe,
This seems like a creative perspective for a portrait, and I like that a lot. Very nice light on the bird too.
I noticed the BG noise Gail mentioned on my monitor quite a bit. NR for background can take care of that.
Perhaps the halo is a sharpening artifact?
