Taken last week. The terns were so numerous that it was a real decision on which one to track. A very welcome problem and not one that I always have.

Nice problem to have indeed. :) The BG color is quite unusual. Was it hazy? Great light and pose and I would sharpen the bird some more.
I really like the white on gray look and the diagonal composition, Judy. The light is beautiful. I agree with Axel about sharpening the bird.
Great capture and composition Judy,
I love that flight angle and the landing gear is an added bonus...congrats..
Great pose and light Judy! Like the composition also. Bird could stand some additional sharpening.
beautiful picture. love the sharpness and the light on the wings

What do you think?
Auto white balance can be tough early or late.
I took a bunch of yellow out.
My Nikon files useally need that when using Auto WB early and late.

Wow what a difference James. Like it a lot !!!!! How did you remove the yellow ? Many thanks for the repost and your help.
Wow. What a difference the repost makes. These are 2 very different images. I still like the original with all the yellow a lot. Personal preference, I guess. :)
Judy,
In the layers palette, adjustment layers choose "Selective Colors".
I usually pick the "whites" and reduce the yellow there.

Many thanks James for the tip. I appreciate it !!!
