Very nice light and I really like the reflection of the setting sun in the eye.
Good clean BG.
I would prefer to see at least one foot but still nice as is.
I like your comp but think I would (personally) prefer a little bit more room , especially on the RHS and above.
This is beautiful, Tomasz!
Well exposed and lovely colours, sharp, nice detail in the feathers.
Not a big issue really but I would love a tad more on the bottom, if you have. The BG is superb, with all those greens and blues.
Wonderful capture, I enjoyed viewing, TFS!
Kind regards,
Well captured Tomasz. Beautiful bird, and you have showed it to us well. I love the bed of wet weed.

Lovely light on the bird and great detail.
Another beauty. Love the details in the face.
Cute subject, and getting down really low surely improved what was surely a messy/mucky habitat. Good pose and light. Super details, sharpening borderline overly done (OK as is but could be a touch less aggressive on it too). Yes to a bit more room for the composition. There is bit of a light "halo" touching the neck and chest area of the subject that could be cleaned up for a better finish there. All in all a really nice shorebird image - looks like you had fun crawling in the muck:S3:
Thanks a lot. In fact i didn't have to crawl a lot in the mud as i was lying on the part that was almost dry. Truly it is a low perspective, can't get much lower than that, but this is how i like to shoot shorebirds, because it allows to have a nice blurred background behind the bird.
Beautiful light and background, and a nice pose. Yes to a bit more room, but not a deal breaker. Is the lighter bg band next to the breast the result of some PP work, or something in the bg?
Something in the background.
Lovely plover portrait. Great light and terrific colors. I would personally like to see a bit more room all around. I am seeing you may have done some work around the neck and chest area of the bird?
Nothing has been done in that area, not sure what it is but it's on the raw file.
I have removed that halo effect.
