Processed top half and bottom separately. Top with Simplify lines (SEP toned) overlayed, blend SEP toned, Adjust-ed for color, Detail-ed. Bottom a regularly processed SEP toned, Adjust-ed color, Dark gray fill layer gradient mask soft light blend, SEP softened (decreased structure).
Some fun.
Thanks for looking.

Michael, I particularly like your processing of the top half of the image. It stands nicely on its own. For me, the bottom half works until I get to the wave-sky interface. The dark blue at the base is a bit heavy and opaque.

I especially like the top half but the very light line in the middle seems a little too bright and draws my eye right to it instead of to the waves.

The difference between the top and bottom is very appealing. I like them both, and it makes sense that the bottom is darker. While I like the line separating the top and bottom, I agree that a bit darker might be better.

Hi, Michael, very cool image. It looks like tie dye to me:S3: I don't mind the lighter line in the middle.

Gary, Judy. Dennis, Cheryl,
Thanks much for the comments. They are much appreciated. The waves have been pretty big around here lately... always looking for the right thing with waves (still looking).
Cheers,

Love what you did with the top part. It shimmers! Lovely colors.
The bottom half is interesting, but I'd like to see it brightened up and a bit cropped off the bottom. Might darken the middle stripe. My version allows the bottom to be different, but still shine. Here is my attempt at implementing these ideas.
