Very good sharpness for a handheld shot at 1/50 second. I'm not familiar with this species, but I'm an owl guy and I really enjoy seeing birds from all over the world on BPN. You did well with the exposure (I assume you underexposed to gain shutter speed and used extra flash to compensate). I would try to tone down the OOF stuff in front of the bird and I would remove the in-focus twig to the right of the bird. Thanks for posting.

I don't think I have seen this species before, thanks for sharing! Very nice details and light and I agree regarding cloning out that little vertical branch in the upper right.
