This is an in-camera multiple exposure that I did at a Freeman Patterson workshop a couple of years ago. It was taken at Freeman's house and property which had perennials and wildflowers blooming profusely.:S3: I have a feeling that I may have posted this before. Does anyone know of an easy way to view all of your own past posts??? I haven't been able to figure out if it is possible. Please chime in if you know - thanks!!
Cheryl, I don't undrestand how you made this. But I like it:it's pictorial style. you seems particularly expert in this style. Cheriou.
Thanks, Valerio. The Canon 5D Mark III has a multiple exposure feature. I just took multiple shots and moved the camera slightly for each shot so the flowers would be in a slightly different location each time. The camera then puts them all together:S3: It's the reason I bought the Mark III.
You can also do it stacking individual shots as layers in PS and going to various blend modes. You can slightly move or rotate layers, mask, etc. Lots of fun!
It almost looks like a shot of trees. Did you hand-hold or use a tripod? I like the yellow goldenrod at the bottom, and the colour fading to a lovely pastel green at the top.
Nice Cheryl, you got a lovely impressionistic look going on. I love that feature of the 5D3, as well as the HDR and the high ISO capability. The colors are great too!
This semi-abstract image could be a forest of evergreens--that is what comes to mind for me. Lovely colors. Just enough detail to see shapes, which I like.

Greetings. First on finding your previous started threads:
- Click on your name (in any post)
- Then from the list immediately below your icon click "Find latest started threads"
Unfortunately, this doesn't present thumbnails, but if you can figure it out from the title... I've used this feature a number of times to remind myself if I've posted an image before ;-). Clicking on "Find latest posts" gets all of your posts not just your started threads. Goes back to at least January, 2010 (for the started threads)... I think there was a change over in software around then, if I'm remembering correctly or maybe there is a limit of the number?
On the image, as others have noted this appears as a forest but then has you wondering about the yellow and white trees. I like the crisp detail of the multiple exposure similar in structure to a blur but without the, well, blur. Thanks for posting, I don't recall seeing this one before, but do recall seeing some of your multiple exposure images.

Cheryl, I love this image. I agree that it combines the perfect blend of abstract and detail. I really like the little blue flowers intermingled with the goldenrod and the green foliage. It's very inspiring!
