Grebe food transfer

This food transfer is one of many mating rituals that these Western Grebes perform. Shot from lake edge on tripod. D4 600mm with 1.4tc, ISO 800, F7.1, 1/3200sec. Thanks always for your helpful CC's

Wow, excellent behaviour from these grebes that you show us here! Even the reflections are nicely warped. Techs, processing, all look good. As posted I'd take a bout 1/2" off the top and add it below.

Killer behavior you have captured of this pair, Glen!!! I think you need a slight CW rotation. If you check the eye of the male, it's not matching up with its reflections. I would crop it a bit tighter too. Wish this were mine!

Great looking frame Glenn. That was a nice morning with the Grebes. Nice intimate food transfer between the two. Techs and details look great but I might tighten up the comp a little also.

The whites look really bright. Was the light pretty high?
