From Magee Marsh, the migrant trap along the south end of Lake Erie. The first wave of warblers and birders arrived on the boardwalk this weekend, and the many yellow-rumped and palm warblers and white-throated sparrows are soon ignored by listers in search of blue-winged and mourning warblers and other rarer birds.
This sparrow was kind enough to pop out of the leaf litter for long enough to have their portrait taken.

Hi Ron, you have captured a good angled pose. Its always difficult to achieve a good frame when our subjects decide to perch in busy surroundings. At least most of the Sparrow is out in the open.

I like the pose, HA and composition. I have yet to get a good image of this beautiful Sparrow, TFS Ron.

it's a handsome little bird, the cluttered environment and harsh light was a bit challenging to handle here
