White-throated Robin-chat in full display. One of southern Africa's stunning robins, and I was lucky to get a photo of him showing off all his glory.

Dramatic pose,well exposed, colorful tail.

The vertical crop was a good choice for this pose.

The stick on the left is pretty distracting.

In my area, we have just one, pretty boring robin, so its fun to see some others in the family.

Thanks so much for the kind words Randy. You should definitely come for a visit some time as this is one of many :). From a self critique perspective, the IQ on this shot is not great, the branch is definitely a distraction and the tail is a bit OOF. I just thought it was interesting from a behaviour perspective.
