What a wonderful shot, John.
As for noise reduction, I am trying to work out if that is what I can see on the cheek or if it is a bit of moire. If you do apply NR you need to be very careful or risk losing the detail you have in its plumage. The eye focus is absolutely spot on.

I like the raised tail, look back pose, details and dead leaf perch. I would take a little off the bottom because I OOF foreground isn't adding much. I would run NR on the BG. Another beauty from your pond John.
