Face Detection

Hello
what you could say about using or no face detection shooting with Canon 1DX and Canon 7D mark II ?
Could be it useful for natur photos and is fine enable it ?

I'm curious also. It's only available in LiveView mode, so I'm guessing that it could be really helpful for video, but I'd love to hear from someone that tried it for stills, particularly a bird in flight.

This is a gimmick, it is not recommended for avian subject, most likely it will randomly pick a sensor and then lock on the BG... a nice OOF image will result :w3
