Well captured, classic reddish hunting pose. Good reflection, foot up, splash, and water trail, all good.
Looks like it may need a tiny bit of CCW rotation, but a close call.
This type of shot is always challenging to frame. I like the trail in the water, but might try a version where he is move a bit more to the right in the frame.
Very nice exposure.
Cheers

Lovely capture in stunning light. Does need an every so slight rotation. If you bring a straight line down from the tip of your beak it should meet the tip of your beak's reflection. I would personally crop the trail and allow that great water splash, reflection and light to be your focal point. So you'd have to crop a little from top and bottom as well.
I like the composition as is...and here is why:bg3:

I like the water colour and reflection. Nicely done.
Thanks everyone for the nice comments and advice. Always appreciated. It was a very hard decision about the crop.
Marina, thanks for the tip about drawing a line beak to beak for lineup.

Ed, a very classic Reddish pose. Very nicely done.
Classic hunting posture with a nice crisp splash. I might move the bird slightly to the right. I shot what is likely that same bird about two weeks ago, note the dark stripe just in front of the eye.
