Great capture Bill. To bad it would not give you a clear tail pose. Bob
Fine image Bill !!! Love this bird !!! Looks so pretty I might consider doing some drastic branch removal for a clean image. Wouldn't be all good for contests, posting etc. but just for pure viewing enjoyment !!!!
Love the pose and feel !!! Excellent !!!!
Thanks, I walked all the way around from the back lit to the front lit and this is the best I could do. They have a mind of their own about the tail. Rather than mess it up I just left in a natural as found state referring to the limbs..
Good job in recognizing the light and walking around for better angle. Looking quite dove-like, doesn't it?? :-)
This is very special Bill. Harsh light but lovely!
I like the pose and exposure control. Too bad about the angle and not so great perch.
Congratulations Bill not easy birds to photograph . Love the calling pose in this image . Agree with all of the above . Many thanks for sharing.
Nice capture Bill. I would remove some of the branches...
What a superb image! I like the way you caught it with it mouth open like that!
Tried the mask tool but couldnt get the move tool right so I just cloned them out. Hope I got them all and cleaned up good. Let me Know??
