After a great afternoon with the gulls and a bathing Marbled Godwit up the coast a bit the fog rolled in on my Canon Destination workshop. We went out on the beach near Morro Rock and reviewed a variety of creative techniques. Many were really into learning about zoom blurs, vertical pan blurs, and multiple exposures. Most of the stuff that I created was garbage; this was the very last image that I created.

Love the design and the colors, with the predominance of the soft blues and then the hits of blurred colors! This would be super as a large abstract print. Haven't checked the blog yet for any more hints and I'm pretty lost as to the reality of the shapes.

Nicely done. I like the colors and the stronger vertical lines opposing the softer horizontal ones. I haven't checked the blog, but I figure it must be a group shot of the workshop participants.

Very cool, I agree, a group shot standing near water.

Thanks all. It was a group but not mine. It was some sort of meditative or spiritual gathering with the leader arranging the folks who, though it is not evident in the image, had their arms around one another. Someone on the blog made reference to "colorful tuning forks." :) a

That was easy for me because that's what I see without my glasses. :c3: Well, that used to be the case before I had artificial lenses put in my eyes. Nice pan blur, love the colors and ethereal look.

Love the amount of blur in this one and the colors of the various clothing worn by those folks.
