Nice use of those two filters, Mitch. I'd probably clean up the bright spots in the water (just a few of them). I like the foot distortion.

Very effective, Mitch. Do you recall which preset in Glow you used to achieve that effect?

I think it was brillliant fibers III on a separate layer, and then blended down with the background layer. I should keep notes...
