rich blacks, indeed. lovely low angle and some personality too.
Great exposure and detail. Catchlight is just right too. I think I'd take a look at a version with just a tad off the bottom.
Sweet. I would also see a little off the bottom, and maybe just s tad added fore and aft for more of a pano. Very creatively conceived and presented in any event.
Love what appears to be some well achieved closeness to the subject and excellent low angle work! The creative presentation is appreciated. That being said, I don't get having that little bit of color on the water....

Beautiful little duck, nice tonal gradiation in the B&W conversion. Appreciate others thoughts on a bit more room in front. I am OK with the amount below, but really personal taste.
I would be inclined to go without the color in the water, but it is an interesting effect as presented. If the bird was less attractive, perhaps the color would save the image, but she does well by herself, even in B&W.
