Shantanu:

An attractive fellow, sharp and well exposed. Too tight in the frame, top and bottom. The other issue is that the background is so bright, it somewhat overpowers the bird. Toning the bg might help him pop a bit more.

The perch is nicely scaled, and the head angle good.
