Beautiful image of the female Black-cheeked, Jim. Such cute little woodpeckers, and you've caught her in the classic WP pose, with just the right head-turn. Nice detail and bg.

Jim, lovely image in good light and BG. Well exposed. The only thing that could make the image better is if you have other frames with the full tail, but this is very minor. Loi
